At MECHWEALTH Trading Academy, we aim to deliver transparent, high-quality stock market education. We believe in providing an honest and fair experience for all our students. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which payments for our training courses, weekend crash courses, and mentorship programs can be refunded or cancelled.
1. Course Fee Refund Terms
Our training batches are subject to a clear, honest refund gate so you can evaluate our teaching style before committing completely:
- Full Refund (100%): If you enrol in a multi-week course (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced batches) and decide to withdraw, you are eligible for a full refund of your course fee if you submit a request before the second class of the batch begins.
- No Refund: Once the second class of your enrolled batch has commenced, no refunds (partial or full) will be issued under any circumstances. This policy helps us manage batch sizes (limited to 20–30 students) and schedule trainer sessions fairly.
2. Weekend Crash Course Terms
Due to the short, intensive structure of our 2-day Weekend Crash Course, the following policy applies:
- You may request a full refund or reschedule your attendance to a future weekend batch if you contact us in writing at least 48 hours prior to the start of the course.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course start date or for no-shows.
3. One-on-One Mentorship Cancellation
For our 3-month One-on-One Mentorship Program, refunds are processed on a pro-rata basis:
- If you cancel after enrolling but before any sessions have been conducted, you will receive a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
- If you withdraw after starting, you will be refunded for any remaining, unconducted 1-hour sessions (quoted at a standard unit rate of ₹4,000 per session), minus a 10% cancellation charge. Conducted sessions and practice assignment feedback are non-refundable.
4. Course Cancellation by MECHWEALTH
In the rare event that a batch or course is cancelled or postponed by MECHWEALTH due to unforeseen trainer emergencies or technical system outages:
- We will offer you the choice to either join the next scheduled batch or receive a 100% full refund of the amount paid.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (UPI, net banking, or card) within 5 to 7 working days.
5. How to Request a Refund
